After building 3 homes, we purchased an existing home as our downsizing home. This was our first time entering into a renovation, and as a referral from a friend, we called Katra right away. Tana and her group walked us through every step of the process. They were very diligent about listening to our ideas, styles, budget and time frame. Tana was always onsite a least once a day and when she had a concern or an idea about something, she always called to keep us in the loop. Likewise, when we would call Tana about and idea or a change, she was always very willing to listen and offer suggestions and make changes. Her trades people were so friendly, and their work was one of perfection, organization and cleanliness.
